These people are amazing!!! This is a family owned business I needed a new heating and air
conditioning unit put in my home ,they (The sons of the owner,and really nice co workers of theirs)
helped me get financed,and got my unit installed,fast! Absolutely the best customer service I've seen from a company in a long time. When I called them they told what time they would be there and they where early and also called to let me know they where on their way. Immediately upon finding the problem they called to let me know the issue and asked if I wanted them to proceed with repair. I was given a time they would have the replacement part and the repairs would be completed. The work was completed early and we have HEAT!! They have earned a return customer..

 

February 12 · They where the only ones who called us back when we lost heat. Only company who has a person answering the phone (not a machine) which meant a lot. They came out and helped us. We had to replace our 18 year old unit and they did a EXCELLENT JOB!!! Very impressed would highly recommend!!!! Thank you Sgt. Paul!!

I have nothing but GREAT THINGS to say about this company!
I called to make an appointment because the air conditioning was not working in my 94 year old mother's home and with her age and health I was very concerned about her getting overheated. When I called, I told them I needed service, (at this point had not explained it was her home and her age) they explained to me how they worked.  As I was giving them contact info I then said it was her address, Sgt. Paul asked how old she was, I told him and he immediately said he was on his way out and had his secretary take the phone to get info. He had stated that elderly and Military come first! How REFRESHING to have someone with that much respect for the elderly and Military in our community!
I am aware as he was working, that he had other clients that he needed to take care of and had promised to get to.  He did not rush the job and did a excellent job of taking care of her in a VERY PROFESSIONAL manner. He was GENUINELY concerned for her well being and I am very GRATEFUL for that!
Thank you for having such wonderful customer service, and reasonable rates. You have definitely earned a new customer!!
